Sales Development Representative

Are you a seasoned SDR or enthusiastic junior who wants to jump into the world of IT sales?

Why now?

  • Modernizing whole Kentico Xperience Division - new approach to our sales processes.
  • Our main goal is to get closer to our potential customers:  actively looking for new ways to approach them.

What will you do?

  • Dedicate your time 50:50 to inbound and outbound leads.
  • Inbound: collaborate closely with our marketing team on the leads who show interest in KX
  • Outbound: use your creativity and look for new ways of where and how to engage new prospective customers who could benefit from KX
  • Collaborate with our partners on lead engagement from joint marketing campaigns.
  • You ‘ll use a telephone, e-mail, Linkedin (Twitter), video e-mails, and more – you name it.
  • Your main goal is to research, identify key prospect contacts, engage and nurture the leads, spark their interest, start the conversation, qualify and schedule a meeting with our sales.
  • Participate on improving our current processes, innovate.

What will you need?

  • Proactive approach – come up with new ideas
  • Exceptional time management
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • You don’t need to be an IT professional; however, you’ll need to be interested in technologies, adapt, and learn quickly.
  • Previous CMS, DXP or interactive agency experience not required but highly preferred
  • Previous experience in SDR/BDR role or similar
