What will you be doing?
Design and optimize data warehouse models in Microsoft SQL server and MS Fabric
Collaborate with BI Engineers on ETL and ELT pipelines integrating data from internal systems and SaaS tools
Create, maintain, and evolve portfolios of analytical reports covering areas such as ARR, revenue, customer lifecycle, operational performance, and Xperience by Kentico product usage
Define and interpret business KPIs together with stakeholders
Help establish data-driven processes and analytical standards across the organization

Is it you?
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst
You are comfortable working with SQL and analytical data models
You have experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
You understand how data supports decision-making in a SaaS or technology company
You can work with stakeholders from different domains such as sales, operations, product, or finance
You speak English at B2 level or higher
Czech/Slovak language is mandatory
You will pleasantly surprise us if you?
Have experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Fivetran, Fabric or similar)
Have worked with CRM, ERP data (we use tools from Microsoft ecosystem)
Have experience with product analytics in a SaaS environment and tools such as Pendo or similar, including metrics like feature adoption, active users, retention, and product engagement (product funnels or user journeys)
Understand SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, retention, expansion, and sales funnel metrics
Have experience defining metrics and data models from scratch
