What will you do?
In this role, you’ll help ensure our marketing engine runs smoothly and scales effectively. You’ll own the integrity of our marketing data, improve how we work across systems and processes, and turn operational insights into better performance. The role requires a global mindset, with the ability to shift focus and execution as business conditions, regions, and priorities change.
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of Marketing Operations experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, who’s comfortable working across data, systems, teams, and geographies.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CRM platforms (especially Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation and CMS tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot, along with analytics platforms like Power BI and Google Analytics. Familiarity with ZoomInfo or Lusha is a nice bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Streamline marketing workflows to improve efficiency and execution across campaigns, lead management, outbound communications, and reporting, applying best practices and scalable tools.
Marketing Technology: Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (CRM, CMS, ZoomInfo, Outreach, analytics, marketing automation, and reporting tools), ensuring strong integration, data flow, and reliability across systems.
Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing and customer data, including data enrichment, segmentation, and list development to support targeted outbound and inbound programs. Establish data governance standards and support compliance with data privacy requirements.
Marketing Automation: Build, manage, and optimize marketing automation programs to support consistent, compliant outbound email communications and nurture flows to support new and existing business.
Enablement & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the marketing team on tools, processes, and best practices related to the marketing technology stack.
Analytics & Insights: Analyze marketing performance using dashboards and reports to track KPIs and inform decision-making. Partner closely with the BI team to improve data accuracy, surface insights, and make recommendations that strengthen marketing programs.
Is it you?
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with marketing automation and CMS tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
Strong analytical skills and experience working with Power BI, Google Analytics, or similar tools
Understanding of data management, segmentation, enrichment, and compliance requirements
Ability to work across teams, regions, and priorities in a fast-changing environment
Strong business thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Experience with ZoomInfo or Lusha is a plus
- Hybrid working model with flexibility between home and office (Brno or Prague).
