As we continue to grow, we're seeking a proactive and organized Partner Program Specialist to join our team in Brno HQ.

What will you do?

  • Support Key Partners: Assist in organizing and conducting monthly health check calls with key partners, ensuring KPIs are monitored, documented, and any issues are promptly addressed.

  • Manage Partner Network Operations: Collaborate with the Partner Program Manager to oversee the broader partner ecosystem, handling daily operations, communications, and problem-solving. 

  • Maintain the Partner Portal: Ensure the partner portal remains current and valuable by organizing content, enhancing usability, and coordinating with the Partner Program Manager on new features. 

  • Track and Report KPIs: Keep detailed records of partner KPIs, including ARR, certifications, and revenue targets, generating reports to provide insights into partner performance. 

  • Facilitate Co-Marketing Activities: Work closely with the channel marketing team to ensure effective collaboration on co-marketing initiatives, providing necessary support to keep activities on track. 

  • Coordinate Internally: Serve as a liaison between the Partnerships team and other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring partners receive the resources they need. 

  • Enable Program Success: Collaborate with partners to ensure they effectively utilize certifications, resources, and opportunities.

  • Effective Communicator: You're comfortable engaging with both internal stakeholders and external partners, distilling complex information into actionable steps, and ensuring clear communication across teams. 

  • Relationship Builder: You can build trust with partners, understand their needs, and advocate for their success within the organization. 

  • Operationally Focused: You're capable of managing day-to-day processes efficiently and providing timely support for partner-related operations. 

  • Proactive Team Player: You're able to take initiative, suggest improvements, and aren't afraid to speak up, fostering an open and collaborative environment that aligns with Kentico's values. 

  • Fluent in English: You possess excellent written and spoken English skills to ensure effective communication with partners and internal teams. 

Your background.

  • Experience in Partner Management/Operations: You've previously worked in a partner management or operations role, preferably in a software or technology environment. Experience with digital agencies or channel partners is a plus. 

  • CRM and Portal Management: You're experienced with CRM systems (like MS Dynamics) to track partner metrics and have worked with partner portals or similar knowledge-sharing platforms. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You've successfully worked closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams, or similar roles, to achieve mutual goals. 

  • International Experience: You're comfortable navigating cultural differences and collaborating across time zones, having worked in a multinational or international environment.
