Director of Revenue Operations

As Director of Revenue Operations, you will own how our sales organization operates, from demand generation and deal flow to expansion and renewals. Your role is to design, optimize, and govern the commercial processes that support revenue growth, while helping sales teams spend less time navigating complexity and more time selling. 

What will you do? 


  • Design how sales works: You will design and improve how we sell — from new deals to renewals — removing friction and creating scalable, global processes. 
  • Own commercial rules and clarity: You will define how deals move through the organization, including qualification, approvals, partners, and handoffs between teams. 
  • Increase revenue effectiveness: You will identify what slows sales down, improve sales velocity and pipeline quality, and provide leadership with clear operational insight. 
  • Own salesled demand generationYou will define how outbound and salesled demand generation works and set clear standards for targeting, prospecting, and outreach. 
  • Use AI to make sales better: You will drive adoption of AI in sales processes to improve productivity, decisionmaking, and execution. 
  • Lead and influenceYou will lead a small Revenue Operations team, prioritize initiatives by commercial impact, and partner with Operations team to turn commercial needs into reality 


Is this you? 


  • Experienced Revenue Operations Leader: You have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations, ideally in a growing B2B software environment. 
  • Commercially Strong and ProcessDriven: You deeply understand how sales organizations operate, including complex, multiregion setups. You’ve proven your ability to design, scale, and govern commercial processes that support revenue growth. 
  • Strategic but Practical Thinker: You can think strategically about how revenue should scale, while staying handson enough to turn ideas into clear, workable processes that sales teams actually follow. 
  • Analytical and InsightOriented: You are comfortable using data to understand performance, identify bottlenecks, and explain what’s happening inside the revenue engine. You bring strong analytical and problemsolving skills to everything you do. 
  • Collaborative Business Partner: You have experience working closely with sales leadership, operations, and technical teams, clearly articulating commercial needs. 
  • Curious About AI and Innovation: You are genuinely interested in how AI can improve sales effectiveness and productivity, and you’re motivated to translate new capabilities into real commercial outcomes. 
  • Comfortable in a Global, FastMoving Environment: You’ve worked with global teams and are comfortable navigating growth, change, and ambiguity in an evolving organization.
