What will you be doing?
Our job is to make our developers’ lives easier. Thanks to us, they know the code maintains its quality. You will help improve that foundation by reducing build times, optimizing Docker images, increasing parallelization, and extending the pipelines with new features. All that while spreading your knowledge to dev teams to make them more autonomous.
Over time, we have developed several extensions for Azure DevOps and you will help maintain and improve them. We mostly code in TypeScript but you will occasionally touch some C# too. Either way, you can look forward to interesting stuff like custom Azure Pipelines tasks, Azure Functions, and MS Teams bots.
Finally, you will closely cooperate with the Security and IT team to ensure as secure product and infrastructure as possible. From scanning the code for vulnerabilities and adopting the zero trust model to disaster recovery drills.
You will work on a backlog driven by both feedback from development teams and our internal needs—updating to the latest service versions, implementing new features, and ensuring our tools evolve. This isn’t just about closing tasks; we value initiative, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape our solutions by contributing your own ideas.
During your first days, you will mostly work on smaller technical debts with a teammate in pair programming sessions. Once you get your bearings, you will join others working on more complex epics.

Is it you?
You have contributed to or have a theoretical knowledge of a CI/CD pipeline (Azure DevOps, GitHub actions, TeamCity, Jenkins, CircleCI).
- You have a basic knowledge of one of the scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python). Knowledge of programming in any OOP language would be a plus. If you know TypeScript, you are our rockstar.
- You have a basic or theoretical knowledge of building a Docker image.
- Previous experience with any cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP) and IAC tool would be a plus.
Your strengths include analytical thinking, responsibility and the ability to solve problems independently.
