What You’ll Do
- Be the Relationship Guru: Own and nurture up to 15 strategic partner accounts, building connections that drive measurable revenue growth.
- Dream Up Big Ideas: Design and execute creative marketing campaigns with our partners to achieve shared goals.
- Collaborate and Shine: Work hand-in-hand with Kentico’s sales, product, demand generation, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of partner marketing programs.
- Make Events Unforgettable: Assist in organizing exciting events like our Partner Days and the annual Connections Conference.
- Grow Together: Discover new opportunities to empower our partners through innovative education and support initiatives.
- Measure and Win: Use data-driven insights to track, analyze, and report on the success of co-marketing activities, celebrating wins and learning from challenges.
- Own the Process: Lead biweekly and quarterly planning sessions with partners, ensuring everyone is aligned, motivated, and ready to tackle the next big idea.
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 3 years of experience in channel marketing with proven success in driving pipeline growth.
- A deep understanding of partner ecosystems and go-to-market strategies that create impact.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (CMS, CRM, automation) and a knack for managing projects seamlessly.
- Strong skills in communication, relationship-building, and turning data into actionable strategies.
- Knowledge of the SaaS, software, or technology landscape with a global mindset.
- A team spirit that thrives in cross-functional collaboration and international environments.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
