We're looking for a new member of our HR team to take full ownership of Czech payroll for our 120 employees, and coordinate payroll processes for our international branches (35 employees across the US, UK, and Australia). You'll need strong payroll expertise, a genuine sense of ownership, and comfort working with international teams - this role carries real responsibility from day one.
What you’ll do
Complete payroll process for Czech employees and all related activities (140 employees)
All year-end closing procedures, annual tax reconciliation for employees and audit assistance
Communication with state institutions
Coordination of international payroll for approx. 30 employees abroad (USA, UK, Australia) in cooperation with local payroll providers (payroll calculation under foreign legislation remains with them)
Activities related to employee onboarding and offboarding
Point of contact for employees on questions regarding leave, pay, and related deductions
Administration and configuration of the RON attendance and HR system
Handling the tax and deduction-related aspects of benefits from a payroll perspective

What you need
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Czech payroll processing
Experience with international payroll is an advantage
Experience with and knowledge of employeing foreginers in the Czech Republic
Fluent Czech
English at B2 level or higher
Knowledge of payroll systems (Pamica is a strong advantage) and attendance/HR systems
Good knowledge of Czech labor law and payroll legislation
You take full ownership - when something isn't working, you bring a fix, not just a flag
A team player with an eye for detail
