Your Role and Contribution
Lead AI Adoption Across the Company. You’ll put our internal AI strategy into action—identify blockers, define success metrics, and track progress. As AI tools evolve, you’ll assess what’s working and where we need to adjust to deliver value for both the business and our developers.
Collaborate with Product Teams. Work side by side with Product Managers and other team leads to stay aligned on priorities. You’ll help teams navigate the fast-changing AI space and guide them in building AI into their products and plans thoughtfully.
Discover and Test AI Opportunities. Spot where AI can solve real problems in our workflows. You’ll prototype ideas, evaluate their impact, and help scale up solutions that make a difference.
Support and Equip Others to Use AI. Make AI tools accessible to everyone. You’ll organize hands-on sessions like workshops and hackathons, create practical guides, and offer support that helps teams feel confident using AI in their day-to-day work.
Share What Works—Inside and Out. Stay up to date on the latest tools and trends. You’ll feed insights back into our strategy, and help translate our internal work into demos, training kits, and materials for partners and customers.

What You Bring to the Table
- Strong technical curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools and ecosystems
- A track record of learning by doing, testing, and improving
- Excellent organizational and self-management skills
- Ability to bring clarity and direction to ambiguous topics
- Skill in aligning teams and priorities across departments
- Great communication and teaching ability—whether writing, presenting, or running workshops
- Communicative knowledge of Czech is required
Measures of Success
- Broad and regular use of AI tools across R&D
- Tangible outputs assisted by AI (features, workflows, experiments)
- Documented internal practices and playbooks, extended to partners and customers
