About the position.

Kentico is a leading provider of digital experience platforms, empowering businesses to create stunning websites and personalized digital experiences. We're growing rapidly with ambitious goals and our next-generation platform, Xperience by Kentico, is set to lead the market. 

We're seeking an Account Executive with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and learning new skills. You'll manage a territory, grow business, and engage with partners. You'll create your own pipeline, deliver client demos, and close deals, supported by a great team

This role requires proactive, long-term thinking, and self-motivation. Applicants must have a valid EU work visa.  

What will you do?

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals  
  • Grow business relationships with new and existing solution partners  
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Kentico solution partners, with a particular focus on agencies that meet the Ideal Partner Profile 
  • Educate partners, and their clients about Kentico Xperience’s capabilities  
  • Understand and identify client objectives/needs and align Kentico’s solutions  
  • Support agency sales teams with demos/RFIs/RFPs etc  
  • Actively support joint marketing teams with co-marketing programs to drive business  
  • Perform engaging sales presentations/demonstrations   
  • Accurately qualify opportunities and forecast sales pipeline  
  • Keep CRM clean and up to date  
  • Constantly upskill and learn

Is it you?

  • Excellent English skills 
  • 2+ years of some kind of sales experience ideally in business development 
  • Motivation to grow and learn 
  • Comfortable in talking to high-level individuals at both customers and agency partners  
  • Excellent presentation skills, demo, business writing skills, and oral communication skills  
  • Passionate about helping other people
