If you enjoy commercial law and contract negotiation, and want to grow, this could be the role for you.
The main part of your work (80 %) will be negotiating and reviewing contracts with our customers. You will work with the sales department and participate in the contract negotiation process from start to finish with customers worldwide (from home or our offices).
In the rest of the time, you will also be involved in other things such as reviewing supplier contracts, making improvements in employment law and in-house directives, and other ad hoc questions in various legal areas (e.g. data protection, legislative changes, etc.).
In addition, you will have the opportunity to improve processes within Legal and towards other departments. And as we have offices outside Europe, everything you do will have an international dimension.

You'll get the opportunity to improve legal documentation, create new documentation, but also change existing processes and create new ones where they're lacking. What will you be doing?
- Review and negotiate license agreements (EULA) with customers from the start up to signatures
- Improve and create templates of EULA
- Handle NDAs and ensure they are properly managed
- Utilize PandaDoc for e-signature processes
- Maintain and create company policies related to contracts
- And other: manage, revise and create templates for suppliers contracts, advise on labor law, improve and create labor law documents (international), various ad hoc legal questions
- Cooperate with external advisors
- Maintain and improve processes within sales-legal cooperation
- Meet in person twice a week at our Brno office, with flexibility for remote work the rest of the week

Is it you?
- Maybe you are an in-house lawyer or work in a law firm looking for a new direction. Do you meet the following requirements?
- maximum 3 - 5 years of legal experience (law firm / in-house lawyer / public sector)
- Degree in Law (or equivalent) from a Czech or foreign university
- Experience mainly in business law, contract law and contract negotiations
- Experience in an international business environment and with IT law is an advantage
- Experience with labor law, company policies and GDPR will also be useful
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Team player, able to build trust across the company
- Assertive, ability to independently solve problems and proactively find solutions
- Keen to learn new things with a continuous improvement mindset
- Flexible approach to new challenges
Proficient in (legal) English, both written and spoken, as you will take part in negotiation calls worldwide (C1 level)
