Customer Success Manager

What will you be doing?

Onboarding our implementation partners, supporting them when meeting their goals and facilitating lots of communication. That is what we need. And the main goal of your work? Help our implementation partners understand the technology of our product, so that they can explain it confidently to their customers. 

Why should you be interested? Because such variable job will never bore you into a stereotype! And if you like traveling, that's for the better. You will visit some partners in Europe for introduction meeting or to review their project after it goes live. 

What does a typical week look like?

In fact, every day is different. But there are some activities which we do quite often:

  • Assisting our implementation partners – you will organize and lead several online calls every week. Processing notes and finding answers to questions asked on the call will be some of your tasks. We also regularly process feedback and hand it further to the company. 
  • More communication – as an expert on the Kentico Cloud product, you will answer customer and partner questions, prepare slide decks and presentations, and also arrange the assistance of technical colleagues, when some issues surpass your knowledge. Meanwhile, you will check with the partners and customers on their progress, resolve their issues and send them updates about new product features. 
  • Team meetings with colleagues – these are times when we share our knowledge and experience, so that nobody is alone in their struggles. 
  • Monitoring and renewing customer subscriptions – when it is time to renew a subscription, it's also the time to find out how happy our customers are with our product, secure their subscription renewal and send them an invoice. This is also part of a Customer Success Manager's job.

Is it you? 

  • You are a confident planner and communicator. You know how to ask the right questions to learn about customer goals and plans. Scheduling meetings, delivering training sessions or assigning tasks for yourself or the customer are your daily bread. 
  • You know how to appear confident and how to get things done. Our partners need to feel that you know what you are doing. And also trust that you will find answers to their questions and help them where they need.
  • Your English is top notch. We don't need to see a certificate, but you should be able to write and speak fluently about complex concepts and products. 
  • You know the IT world. No need to be a programmer, but you should know how websites are developed, which technologies are used to develop them, and how does a content management system work. 
  • You enjoy learning and discovering new things. Our product and the role of a Customer Success Manager itself are evolving all the time. Studying latest trends, learning about new product features and coming up with improvements for our internal processes are also everyday pars of our jobs.
