Employer Brand and Business Partner

At Kentico, we’re expanding our HR team and looking for a new member to join us in the role of Employer Brand and Business Partner. As the title suggests, this is a blend of a classic HR Business Partner role and a focus on employer branding activities. We're searching for someone who is passionate about building a strong employer brand, ideally with experience in this area, and who isn’t afraid to collaborate with our teams, managers, and contribute to HR projects as a junior/medior HRBP. 

We realize this is an unconventional mix, but we see it as a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in HR, has worked on at least one part of this agenda, and would like to expand their scope, tackling things more holistically and in depth. What You'll Do:

This role is diverse, and you’ll have the chance to try out a variety of tasks. There’s also room to refine the agenda over time as we align on priorities and discover where you can add the most value. For now, here’s our starting vision: 

Employer Branding and Community Engagement 

  • Building Partnerships and StrategyWe currently have some collaborations running, but they lack structureWe’ll look to you to take over this agenda, plan a strategy, and execute itThat means creating measurablewell-thought-out initiatives that bring value. 

  • Planning Events and TalksHelp organize events like career fairshackathonsworkshops
    meetups, and university lecturesYou’ll also work on getting our speakers to prominent events to boost Kentico’s visibility. 

  • Content CreationSupport campaigns and produce engaging HR contentwhether it’s videos, LinkedIn/Instagram postsor blog articlesYou’ll also oversee our career pages and company 
    profiles on job boards. 

  • EVP DevelopmentWe have the basics, but we’ll refine and communicate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) so our brand is clear and authentic. 

  • Storytelling and Internal CommunicationShowcase employee storiescompany culture, and values to attract the right talent externally while engaging our current employees. 

  • Measuring Success: Track the results of our effortsfrom the number of students reached to marketing metrics—and optimize based on data. 

  • Collaboration with MarketingEverything you do must align with our marketing guidelines, so close cooperation with the marketing team is essential. 

HRBP Responsibilities 
  • Onboarding and New Hire Care: Participate in onboarding projects like refining onboarding 
    daysprocesses, and adaptation plans. 

  • Development and TrainingOrganize programs, support managers in developing their teams, and analyze learning needsYou’ll also help create development plans and evaluate training 
    effectiveness. 

  • Performance Management and Manager SupportAssist managers in setting goalssolving issues,and fostering team collaboration
    Work on leadership development and provide guidance where needed. 

  • Processes and Internal WorkHelp us improve internal processes to enhance the employee 
    experienceThis includes creating clear guidelines and implementing tools to measure satisfactionand engagement.

Who We’re Looking For :

  • Nevertheless, we still require at least years of experience in roles like Employer Brand Specialist, HRBP, or a similar position.

  • Strong communication skillsyou’ll need to reach out to people and make things happen. 

  • Excellent English skills (minimum B2 level) to work on international projects and communicate with global colleagues.
