We realize this is an unconventional mix, but we see it as a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in HR, has worked on at least one part of this agenda, and would like to expand their scope, tackling things more holistically and in depth. Employer Branding and Community Engagement
Building Partnerships and Strategy: We currently have some collaborations running, but they lack structure. We’ll look to you to take over this agenda, plan a strategy, and execute it. That means creating measurable, well-thought-out initiatives that bring value.

meetups, and university lectures. You’ll also work on getting our speakers to prominent events to boost Kentico’s visibility.Content Creation: Support campaigns and produce engaging HR content, whether it’s videos, LinkedIn/Instagram posts, or blog articles. You’ll also oversee our career pages and company
profiles on job boards.EVP Development: We have the basics, but we’ll refine and communicate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) so our brand is clear and authentic.
Storytelling and Internal Communication: Showcase employee stories, company culture, and values to attract the right talent externally while engaging our current employees.
Measuring Success: Track the results of our efforts—from the number of students reached to marketing metrics—and optimize based on data.
Collaboration with Marketing: Everything you do must align with our marketing guidelines, so close cooperation with the marketing team is essential.
Onboarding and New Hire Care: Participate in onboarding projects like refining onboarding
days, processes, and adaptation plans.
Development and Training: Organize programs, support managers in developing their teams, and analyze learning needs. You’ll also help create development plans and evaluate training
effectiveness.
Performance Management and Manager Support: Assist managers in setting goals, solving issues, and fostering team collaboration.
Work on leadership development and provide guidance where needed.
Processes and Internal Work: Help us improve internal processes to enhance the employee
experience. This includes creating clear guidelines and implementing tools to measure satisfactionand engagement.
In summary, you’ll be a key team member connecting the external and internal worlds, ensuring
people see Kentico as a great employer while also offering the best experience to our employees. 😊
Who We’re Looking For :
We know the job description outlines an ideal scenario, and we understand finding someone who excels in every area is rare. That’s why we’re flexible—if you have experience in parts of this agenda, we’re happy to teach you the rest or tailor the role to your skills.
What matters most is your willingness to work hard, learn, and help us build something meaningful.
Nevertheless, we still require at least 2 years of experience in roles like Employer Brand Specialist, HRBP, or a similar position.
A proactive mindset, creativity, and a knack for generating new ideas. You should also stay on top of industry trends and be eager to implement them.
Strong communication skills—you’ll need to reach out to people and make things happen.
