What will you do?
Preparing monthly updates of cost forecasts
Reviewing monthly financial closings
Analyzing P&L vs. budgets and forecasts
Preparing monthly reports for company management and communicating the results
Improving finance-related processes (e.g., reporting, forecasting)
Setting and maintaining correct cost-center structure in reports and accounting software
Preparing materials for accrual accounting
Conducting ad-hoc analyses

Why you’ll love it here.
You have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (controlling/financial audit/financial analysis).
A degree in economics is an advantage,but not required.
Your strengths include analytical thinking, responsibility, and the ability to solve problems independently.
You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn. We welcome talented juniors who are ready to put in the effort.
You’re proficient in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP) and ideally have experience with Power Pivots, VBA, or SQL.
You speak English at a B2 level (you’ll have calls with members of our management team in the USA to provide updates on forecasts).
