What will you do?
- The core of our work is developing various applications on the .NET platform. Most often for the purpose of customizing our CRM (MS Dynamics CRM) and integrating it with external services.
- We also help develop our websites and portals, which use our company CMS, Kentico Xperience.
- Most of your time will be spent on development, the rest on system administration and handling smaller user requests.
- Improve and analyze business processes, identifying needs, and recommending solutions.
- We will let you dive into really diverse areas. One time you might implement a search solution over incidents in CRM, another time focus on integration between Kentico Xperience and Dynamics CRM or deal with implementing single sign-on on the Kentico website. For example, we are currently working on integrating our CRM with electronic signing using PandaDoc. Integration tasks often require you to independently familiarize yourself with an external tool, understand how it works, design the integration method, and then implement it.
- As we have already mentioned, we strive to go into detail, we develop everything for ourselves after all, so the goal is definitely nothing other than really high-quality work in every respect. To achieve this, we try to use the most modern technologies - see below. In many ways, we are a unique team that the company cannot do without.

Is it you?
- You should have at least 2 years of experience in similar role - developing and supporting business processes, information systems, integrating systems and services.
- You have strong understanding of C# and software development principles
- You are comfortable writing unit tests (NUnit and NSubstitute).
- You have at least basic knowledge of React/Typescript.
- You are a fluent Czech (or Slovak).
- Knowledge of other technologies we use is a big plus.
- We physically go to the office in Brno at least 2 days a week. We like to meet, and this is how it works for us.

- Four-member, experienced, and fair. Anyone who wants to try new things, avoid routine, and expand their scope could find a place with us.
- We also work closely with Product Owners, who gather requirements from our internal customers, and in development itself, we want to adhere to industry standards, so:
- Code quality is very important to us, so we push for its cleanliness and regular reviews.
- Our code is covered by automated tests, with our QA Engineer verifying functionality and meeting acceptance criteria.
- We use technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Dynamics CRM 365 online, PowerApps, Javascript/TypeScript, React, Git, NUnit, NSubstitute, Azure, Azure DevOps/pipelines, Bicep, AWS, Selenium.
- We want to have as many applications as possible automatically deployable.
- We monitor our systems using Graylog and Application Insights.
