About your role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be proactive, creative, and prepared to take ownership for your territory, partners, and number. You will be self-motivated and have expectations to be a top performer at Kentico. 

You will need to understand how to sell web-based solutions/digital transformation to clients, focusing on their business challenges and how Kentico can make their lives better. 

You will sell in a human way, be naturally inquisitive, and an expert in discovery to find the things that matter to them. 

You will bring value to the sales process through your ability to accurately relate customer challenges to Kentico and be able to highlight value through demos and presentations in a tailored and concise manner.  

You will be able to work through all areas of the sales funnel, from prospecting through to close, and be comfortable in selling both through direct channels and collaborating with partners in co-selling. 

You will use your superior knowledge of customer challenges and processes to be able to accurately forecast

You will sell with integrity and work harmoniously alongside partners. 

You will be comfortable in talking to both business and technical audiences and an expert in speaking to various levels of organizations up to the C-Suite. 

You will spend your time on things that matter and generate revenue and be an expert in saying no where appropriate. 

You will have freedom, accountability, and support in your approach to making your territory a success. How you divide your time and effort will be up to you.

What will you be doing?

  • Take ownership of your territory and sales number. 
  • Use all the tools at your disposal: direct sales engagements, co-selling with partners, partner led sales, and marketing to develop strategies to grow business.  
  • Meet or exceed sales goals.  
  • Promote the Kentico solution through direct and indirect sales engagements. 
  • Work alongside established and up and coming digital agencies and build strong relationships
  • Work through the whole sales funnel, and accurately understand your customers. 
  • Accurately forecast, feedback to internal teams on market trends, and keep CRM up to date. 

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years’ experience selling MarTech/Digital Transformation SaaS solutions.  
  • A creative, intelligent, and proactive mindset 
  • Comfortable in taking ownership of a territory and the accountability for its success. 
  • Proven demonstrable experience in meeting and exceeding quota revenue targets. 
  • Kentico has a broad and wide market reach, from <50m companies to FTSE 100 and across industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Travel, NFP and more. The ability to discover what is important and demonstrate Kentico in a compelling and human way is vital.  
  • A proficiency in working in a sales environment where Kentico fits as part of a much larger implementation/transformation project. 
  • Strength in building long-lasting business relationships
  • Comfortable in talking to all levels of business. You will be selling to Marketing, PMs, Developers and C (T/I/M) Os 
  • Work well independently and as part of a wider team.

What will earn you extra points:

  • Knowledge of CMS/DXP space 
  • Knowledge of the digital agency landscape in region 
  • MEDDPICC experience and training 
  • University/College Degree or equivalent experience
