Building a thriving workplace for all

At Kentico, we believe our strength comes from the diverse perspectives within our team, and we strive to create a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and encouraged to contribute.

That’s why we’re so grateful to Agapo, the Brno-based non-profit organization creating inclusive opportunities for people with autism, for inviting us to participate in their “Inclusive Workplace” initiative.

About autism.

Autism, or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), affects how individuals perceive, communicate, and interact with the world. People with autism may experience the world in unique ways—some excelling in areas like memory, logic, or creativity, while others may face challenges with social interactions or sensory overload.

It’s simply a different way of being.

By embracing these differences, we can help create an environment where everyone’s unique strengths are recognized and supported, allowing everyone to thrive.

Meet Dominik, our Friday hero.

Every Friday for the past few months, Dominik, a talented young man with autism, has been helping with back-office tasks at our office in Brno, and his contributions have made a real difference.

Not only has his work been a great asset to our company, and his smile a welcome and contagious source of positivity, but it has also given him the chance to grow and develop his skills in a supportive setting.

We were proud to share his story recently on our social media, showcasing the positive impact of his work and the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for individuals with autism.

A successful future for all.

Inclusion is something we actively work toward at Kentico. We’re committed to recognizing and valuing the unique strengths each person brings and to creating an environment where everyone can succeed.

We are delighted by our ongoing collaboration with Agapo and can’t wait to welcome more talented individuals with autism to the team.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we work toward an environment where everyone—regardless of their abilities or differences—can succeed and thrive.

We also share all the information on our planned events on Facebook. Follow us to stay in the loop.
