1. Ensure (near) perfection, down to the tiniest details.
AI tools can spot what you might miss—whether it's grammar errors, inconsistencies, or logical gaps. Tools like Grammarly can elevate your writing to professional standards, ensuring clarity and confidence in every email, presentation, or proposal you send.
Josef Dvořák, Senior Solution Architect, suggests using Copilot for quick email sanity-checks: “Copilot is actually pretty good to sanity-check emails. While I've had hits and misses with providing useful information from scratch, it can actually spot inconsistencies or duplicate sections in your own written messages.”
2. Create stress-free strategies and schedules.
Building a strategy or crafting the perfect schedule doesn’t have to take hours. AI-powered tools can analyze your needs, prioritize tasks, and even propose workflows that align with your goals. This way, you spend less time planning and more time doing.
Jonathan Georges Henault, Head of Brand and Content Strategy, shared how he uses AI to make creating a content strategy seamless: “I use ChatGPT to help build strategic campaigns and focus on content. It streamlines ideation and saves hours of drafting time. Now, I simply provide a topic, and it generates detailed content plans and suggestions.”
3. Quick analysis & text retrieval: From notes to novels.
AI can turn handwritten notes into polished, searchable text or even summarize complex reports in seconds. Whether you’re outlining a novel or fine-tuning a presentation, tools like these make it easy to go from raw thoughts to refined output.
Our team has had great results when using text retrieval features. Branislav Smik, Director of Consulting and Customer Education, says: “I was surprised how well was ChatGPT able to transfer my handwritten notes into notes in my computer (including styling). I just snapped a picture with my phone, uploaded it to ChatGPT and that's it.”
4. Achieve faster solutions: Math and programming.
AI shines when it comes to problem-solving. From solving complex equations to debugging code, AI-powered platforms can help you find the best solutions faster. Upload your problem, and watch AI tackle the heavy lifting for you. It’s like having a second brain.
Daniel Balatskyi, Software Engineer, has tried out ChatGPT’s 4o model with some success: "ChatGPT’s 4o model for advanced reasoning can solve somewhat complex math problems, like determinize NFA (Nondeterministic finite automaton) with multiple initial states and e-transitions to DFA, and minimize it with Hopcroft algorithm. To be fair it fails every third prompt, but it’s still nice.
5. Content creation
Need fresh ideas, a draft blog, or an engaging social media post? AI can be your brainstorming partner, helping you generate creative, on-brand content in minutes. It won’t replace your voice but will help you amplify it.
Anjanette Umali, Communication Manager, explained how she uses AI to efficiently create social media posts: “I most frequently use ChatGPT to help me summarize long pieces of texts in order to get an abstract or overview of the text's main points.”
Anjanette also explained her perspective about AI taking over for content-related jobs: “I don't think it would fully take away jobs from the market in the near future—there's a long way to go for AI's improvement that humans cannot be made redundant just yet.”
Don’t be afraid to incorporate AI! In ChatGPT’s own words: “AI isn’t here to replace you—it's here to empower you.”
