Your Role and Contribution.
Flexible, autonomous testing: Balance 2-3 days a week of manual testing with writing automated E2E tests using Playwright. You’ll take ownership of full regression testing during monthly releases to ensure new features integrate seamlessly, keeping the system stable and performing.
Focus on user needs: Go beyond finding bugs. Focus on spotting inconsistencies, improving workflows, and ensuring the platform performs reliably for large-scale website management. We value functionality over pixel perfection.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Have an agile mindset. Work closely with developers, product owners, and UX to ensure smooth feature rollouts. You’ll help drive the quality standards for the delivery.
What You Bring to the Table.
2+ years in a QA role: You’ve worked with web applications and know how to test complex systems, understanding how small changes can impact the bigger picture.
Comfortable with code: While you don’t need to code daily, you’re comfortable reading and understanding C# and Typescript. Familiarity with tools like Playwright, PowerShell, SQL, and Jira is a plus.
English-friendly: Most of us speak Czech, but our Jira, documentation and demos are in English. You should be comfortable using it daily.
B2B or marketing insights: Experience in these environments is a bonus and will speed up your onboarding.
