What will you do?
We create documentation and teaching materials so that our users can use our products Kentico Xperience and Kentico Kontent. This is what you will help us with. Because we have users all over the world, you will have to have an excellent command of English.
Who are the users you will be helping?
The majority of our users are developers, marketers or content creators and editors. Within this group are users who are experts in what they do and some who have come it just recently. Writing documentation that is useful and understandable for the intended audience is the challenge of our work. Not only do we write articles and code examples, but also e-learning and videos.
"So, I'm going to sit in front of a computer all day?" You ask? Our answer, "No, you won't."
We hope to find a communicative person who searches for new opportunities to help better themselves, their team and the product to aid our customers. Because of this, you will need to work closely with colleagues from various teams. Also, we are looking for someone who is proactive and will take on every issue that comes up, working together with our Developers, UX Designers, and Technical Writers to find and implement a solution.
There is plenty of variety in the work, from writing texts and UX to leading project management and e-learning.
