UX Designer

• Design a modern product, a hybrid headless DXP, to bring great value to customers. 
• Collect and prepare data for your own research, analyze its outputs and gain insights into stakeholder behaviors, needs, concerns and desires. Furthermore, share the selected key user scenarios with the support of our UX Research team, who will also oversee the quality of these outputs.
• Leverage our research repository in Condens to better understand the context; extract answers to questions from research and testing already conducted across teams.
• Facilitate workshops for other team members in the Solution Discovery phase—these help us to actively collaborate. We come together, bring new ideas, define next steps and make decisions together. 
• Prepare interactive user interface prototypes, test them with end users, and modify them according to the needs identified.
• Contribute occasionally to our design component library in Figma, prepare documentation for implementation to developers and keep the library up-to-date and easy to use. Present design solutions to stakeholders (especially developers during grooming sessions) and provide ad-hoc support during the implementation phase.

With whom will you cooperate?

You will be part of several teams. You will be based in the UX team. We meet regularly at least twice a week. We share the progress of the work on opportunities across teams, meet for ideation, provide feedback... Together we improve and keep the product design consistent.

You will be actively involved all the way from the Product Discovery phase. The Product Manager and UX Researcher will help you understand the problem you are trying to solve. Typically, through interviews and testing with users, partners and MVPs from around the world. That’s why you’ll need excellent English.

You will be part of a product trio: Product Manager, Technical Leader, and you will work together with the UX Researcher to find the best possible solutions. 

You will work with Technical Writers to produce user-friendly texts.

The Developers will hold a place for you in a shared office. You will collaborate on a given part of Xperience. Whether in the Content Management, Digital Marketing, Platform, Cloud, or Intelligence team.

Is it you?

• You know how to ask the right questions and listen carefully.
• You take a holistic approach to your work and take context into consideration.
• You can determine how deeply a problem needs to be addressed at any given time.
• You already have some experience with UX design and, ideally, user research.
• You speak English (ideally at C1 level).
• You want to meet us in person at least twice a week at our office in Brno or Prague.
• You are an active learner, always interested in what's new in our industry. You like to share your know-how with others.
