Content Designer / UX Writer

Do you have a great imagination, experience with writing and doing research, and the ability to manage your own projects? If these attributes describe you, become the voice for our product!

Responsibilities and Duties

Our main goal is to maintain Kentico Kontent's position at the forefront of content management and that our users enjoy using it. To do this, we need to fully understand the needs and issues of our users and then offer them workable solutions. This will become your main responsibility.

  1. It all starts with data analysis, which you will need for all later work. You can either research data among our users or get data that we already have from other colleagues. You'll collaborate with the UX team, documentation team, product management, and even our marketing.
  2. You will form the voice and tone of our materials so you can reach potential and existing users from various business fields. You will always ensure that your communication is consistent, mainly in the documentation and UX teams. However, feel free to start discussions within the whole company and initiate the unification of our communication.
  3. You will spread the word about how to work with content. How? You will create related educational materials yourself or you will pass over the assignment to the documentation team. The goal is to show customers, how they can improve their work with Kentico Kontent – the solution to our customers' problems and goals is usually connected to the tools they use.

In short, you will become the "voice" of Kentico Kontent. Your voice will be in English and mostly managed by you.

Is This You?

  • You have experience with writing, a feeling for UX design and you have tried to lead your own project.
  • Hunting for information is a sport for you and you already have conducted research in the past. You enjoy talking with people, learning their needs and finding solutions for them.
  • You easily understand technical topics and are interested in the IT world.
  • You work well in a team but also flourish as an individual – you can locate an issue, decide on a goal, collect necessary data, find a solution, and then implement it on your own, and when needed, you can connect and work with colleagues.
  • You're either a native English speaker or when you speak English, people wonder if you are one. Speaking Czech is a plus but not necessary.
