What it looks like in real life
As a Solution Architect, you will provide technical assistance to clients and partners through consulting sessions via virtual or in-person meetings and emails, as well as hands-on work on their projects. With a thorough understanding of the product, you’ll ensure the customer projects are well-designed and maintained. You’ll help set up the projects, design the project architecture or content model, ensure they follow best practices, troubleshoot implementation problems, and so on.
Don’t worry; Solution Architects don’t replace our Support Specialists by doing 1st level support. From our customers’ point of view, consulting is a service delivered in a pre-agreed scope and pace.
You will cooperate with other teams in R&D and Customer Success to ensure customers get the best assistance and resources. You’ll have a chance to improve the product directly by translating your findings from customer interactions into invaluable feedback for our development. You will also work closely with Customer Success Managers on large projects, guiding clients through the project life cycle, doing regular check-ins, and providing best practices and Proof-Of-Concepts.
In the remaining time, you can utilize the “Innovation Time” benefit to work on projects that spark your joy—be it custom web projects, maintaining and improving our tools and infrastructure, or studying for a new certification of your choice.
What skill set do you need?
Xperience by Kentico is based on the Microsoft .NET platform (MVC and MVC Core, C#), so you need to be proficient in these technologies
First-hand experience with web development, content management, and digital marketing
Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies
Familiarity with standard web technologies—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Experience in marketing automation, multi-channel campaign management, social marketing, A/B testing, email campaign management, SEO, and search technologies.
Problem-solving skills.
A solid command of English (at least at the C1 level) as we write and speak in English
Passion to help other people.
Natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges, being self-motivated and creative
